The path of education to theatricality educates children to listen, to the recognition and expression of emotions, in a friendly group context. Furthermore, the preparation of the show at the end of the school year reinforces self-esteem and resourcefulness in children.
The artistic experience in its different languages today is more present in the cultural landscape of children. From the earliest years it is easier to communicate and express one’s emotions through theatrical interpretation; moreover, through the theater we can overcome complicated situations that often accompany growth, such as lack of self-confidence, shyness, closure, aggression. Theater is, therefore, a form of openness to the other and to the surrounding world, which helps the child to become aware of themselves and of their surroundings.
